



Personal Equipment Required for Practical Test:
View limiting device
Current aeronautical charts (electronic flight bag is permissible)
Computer and plotter
IFR Flight plan form or EFB
Flight logs
Chart Supplement, AIM, 14 CFR & ACS
(Make sure all reference data used is current)
To verify eligibility for both you and the aircraft, we will need:
Completed Scenario Homework (See Scenarios below)
Pilot Certificate
Medical Certificate
Current government Issued ID with a photo. A passport may be used.
Knowledge Test Results
Pilot Logbook to include all necessary endorsements. Electronic logbooks should include a printed copy.
Aircraft’s Airframe and Engine Logbooks, proof applicable ADs have been complied.
Aircraft Registration
Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate
Aircraft provided must be cabpable of doing all required Instrument ACS maneuvers and approaches.
If simulator time is logged either BATD or ATD, we will need a copy of the LOA (letter of authorization) for the specific device used.
Part 141 School Graduation Certificate must be dated within 60 days.

Bring a Lunch if we start at 8 or 9am. Snack and Soda machines are available.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please know and understand that I am designated to perform this checkride on behalf of the FAA. An FAA inspector has every right to show up sometimes un-announced to monitor me administering your checkride. If this happens, relax, they are observing me not you. We will strive to make sure your checkride is not affected in any significant way. Consider this just a “checks and balance” to be sure you get the best quality product.
