(If the checkride shown changes after you have started planning you may use the original you started) – Make a Copy!!

PRIVATE SCENARIO (4-Seater). (Two-seat version:  no backseat passenger and luggage at 35 lbs).

You and your examiner have a rare opportunity to attend the Wright Patterson Museum in Dayton,Ohio. We will spend the day so we need to get there early. Interestingly, we have the opportunity to fly directly to Wright Patterson Air Force Airport (KFFO). We are able to do this by prior arrangement and we have been cleared on the day of your checkride anytime during the day but we need to leave the facility by 6pm that day.

One of your friends also wants to go and is willing to pay his fair share.

Please use FAA Weather Sources published on the day of the checkride.

Plan your flight accordingly

(your weight)

-Your examiner weighs 170 pounds

-Backseat friend weighs 180 pounds

-55 pounds of luggage..we will return that night if possible

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY EXAMINER, THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT FOR THIS SCENARIO IS THE AIRPORT WHERE THE CHECKRIDE IS CONDUCTED .

Please do a complete flight plan with weight and balance plus performance measurements for both take-off and landing distances.

Please use only a VFR sectional with checkpoints shown (a point) on the sectional. The first few checkpoints can be a little closer say 10 to 15 nm.

We will discuss on the day we meet.

Questions?

See you soon.
